Our work
HagenMoresby has worked with Senior Teams in the public sector to help them to understand the change in their income structure, and to use this opportunity to diversify funding to help build a stable platform for sustainable growth. HagenMoresby has written new strategic and financial plans, presented them to the Board of Directors, and then helped to restructure the organisation to achieve the aim of a stable focused organisation focused on delivery.
Hagen Moresby has also worked with smaller organisations: helped a Primary School with School Manager recruitment , developed financial management and human resource protocols for charities, trained new staff in business planning and financial management, and won over £15m in new grants and investor funding for organisations.
